Description: At&t wireless, eucalyptus and cuyamaca r major use permit: modificationlinked cases: p 03-103w1 er 0319017apermit difficulty:specific plan area: the pointedescription: mup modthe project is a major use permit modification for the construction, operation, and maintenance of an unmanned wireless telecommunications facility that is located at the existing county of san diego pump station. the project consists of increasing the overall height of the existing faux monocypress tree from 50' 6" to 58' 6" to allow for the removal of three (3) existing 4' 7" antennas and the addition of nine (9) 6' 4" panel antennas. in addition, twelve (12) radio remote units (rrus), six (6) tower mounted amplifiers (tmas), and two dc surge suppressors are proposed for installation on the existing faux monocypress tree, and one (1) global positioning system (gps) antenna will be mounted to the existing at&t equipment shelter. two new lte equipment cabinets would be added inside of the existing at&t equipment shelter.the project site is located at 9903 jamacha boulevard, in the spring valley community plan area within unincorporated san diego county. the site is subject to the rural regional category and the public agency lands land use designation. zoning for the site is holding area (s90). the project site is currently developed with an existing cell site facility as well as an existing sewer pump station owned and operated by the county of san diego. access to the site would be provided off of jamacha boulevard leading to a drivway to the existing project area.dpw manager: ed sinsaydpw resource: susan hoangdplu manager: a gungledpw trust:dplu kronos account:
