Description: Str09-05445 my name is dan metz (mastercraft exteriors) and i have called several times to get some fines cleared up. they are due to the fact we did not push jobs to the completion stage. this happened because the system "logo" would not allow us to do so. we pulled numerous permits and didn't have a problem with any others (please check our record). i called both logo and your code department several times trying to get this resolved and never seemed to get anywhere. i have attached the most recent letters we received. we do not feel that we should be liable for the short comings of your system. please let me know what we need to do to get this resolved. thank you and i am looking forward to hearing from you.
