Description: Ms. woodham:thank you for your prompt response to this matter. please note that on september 1, 2009 i submitted the complete commercial property address. here is the commercial property address once again: cruz mex, inc. 311 n. tamiami trail ruskin, fl 33570 per our telephone conversation, please note that our client refugio cruz owns the restaurant/mark listed above which is located in ruskin florida. both neighbors have blocked the right of way onto his property and my client practically has no permanent means of entry onto his property/business. this is causing him to lose a lot of business because customers have no entrance and no parking space available to them. the two violations consist of the following: 1. neighbors erected a fence blocking the easement which allured our clients customers to park 2. second easement is illegally blocking the only entry onto the commercial property please inform me as to what steps must we take to file these code violations. thank you for your assistance. nancy rodriguez legal assistant sanchez law offices, pa gilberto "gil" sanchez
