Description: Tue 02/10/2015 10:03 am description of complaint: the street address listed is of the owner of the property i am concerned about. the location i am concerned about is in the field directly west of barton dr. ronnie barton sr owns the field and is developing it. underground electric was installed in 2007. over about the past year, he has moved about 600 yards of fill onto one location on the field and has graded the piles down. i am concerned that there is no approved plan for how the change in water drainage will affect the area. i don't know if he can raise the grade without a permit. if you look on google maps you can see where the fill has been dumped and graded. this morning another 10 yards was dumped. submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
