Upon arrival, I obtained information from a person identified as the owner of a vehicle involvined in a FSGI. A report was taken and photographs taken and copied to a DVD.

The suspect was eventually taken into custody by the city CART Team and transported to the Alvin PD Jail where he was charged felony assault. No further information available."
