"On September 1st 2014, at approximately 7:04 AM, an office with the Alvin Police Department was preforming a residential patrol in the 1100 blk of Stallion Ridge when he heard the loud noise of a vehicle bass system that was in violation of the city ordinance section 15-9.1(i). The vehicle was stopped and the driver had marijuana in his possession that he consumed. The driver was then arrested for Tampering with or Fabricating with Physical Evidence F3."
