On Sunday, 09/20/2015, an Officer from the Alvin Police Department were dispatched to the 1300 block of W Sealy St in reference to a Welfare Check on a hispanic male laying on the ground. Upon the Officers arrival an investigation into what was taking place on scene was conducted and Renee Solis, H/M 37 yoa, was arrested for Public Intoxication M/C. The second male who was lying on the ground upon the Officers arrival to the scene was transported by Alvin EMS for further evaluation. The responding Officer wrote a report documenting the event.

On September 16, 2015, an Officer with the Alvin Police Department was dispatched to the Alvin Senior Center where the Alvin Municipal Court was being conducted for a warrant service. Upon the Officers arrival 29 year old Gabriel Aguado of Alvin was arrested on two outstanding warrants with the City of Alvin.
