Description: Description of complaint: there is a barbwire fence that divides two communities and kids are constantly crossing over the fence between the two communities. i don't know which community is responsible for this fence but it just not seem right to have a barbwire fence dividing two residential areas. there are no live stock and this is becoming very dangerous with kids. i understand that the hoa of one of the communities owns the land on one side and a resident owns the land on the other side, but again we have no idea who is actually responsible for this fence and if it needs to be remove who should replace it. if someone would please come out to inspect if this fence is appropriate for a residential neighborhood the would be great submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
