Description: Description of complaint: on or about 8/5/13, davey tree service, hired by teco, came out to lake charles circle to trim the trees. upon doing so, they trimmed back an area against a fence that divides lake charles circle from avila housing complex. upon doing so, they left a mess of tree debris and trash and old fencing posts laying in that area. before they came to clean, this area was a nice greenery area and homes for wild rabbits. not, it is a eye sore and the residence are looking to the county to help get this area cleaned up. thank you, ms. penny schiess 8134860053 email address: [email protected]
