Description:

On August 30, 2015, Alvin Police Officers responded to a theft in the 1600 block of S Gordon where a suspect ran off on foot. An Alvin Police Officer located the suspect in the 1800 block of Koster Rd and the suspect was found to be in possession of marijuana, methamphetamines, and cocaine. The suspect, Mark Gibson 39 of Alvin was subsequently arrested and charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1 <1g FS, and a second count of Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1 >=1g<4g F/3.
