Description: Bond req'd yes x no. by accepting this permit permittee acknowledges the following: a) that time is of the essence; b) they have satisfied themselves that the owner has provided satisfactory r/w and/or easement per city code to accomodate the work; c) to limit disturbed area to the permitted acreage of 26.42 acres. d) to give city & adjacent residents 48 hrs advance notice prior to starting work; e) to install and maintain bmp's in accordance with ch. 63 code of ordinance and as indicated on the permit plan record documents under the file number 2012-006a and contract number 1 indicated hereon; f) to complete this work by the permit completion date shown hereon; g) to coordinate with the work of all other contractors for timely completion; h) to remove/relocate/reconstruct unacceptable work to the satisfaction of the city; i) to remain responsible for the work until permit and/or bond are released. this permit does not authorize grading or excavation in excess of 6 in. above or below existing grade except for the removal of tree stumps. failure to obtain any required grading permits for earthwork in excess of 6 in. may result in enforcement actions as provided under the city code.
