Description: 20 march 11 - vehicle observed parked on an unpaved by a community resident. resident forwarded photos of the violation. 21 march 11 - spoke to resident at the property. she said the vehicle belonged to a roomate and that she would tell him to always park on the paved surface. 2 & 3 april 11 - resident again observed the vehicle parked off the pavement and emailed a photo made on 3 april. 4 april 11 - issued a notice of violation to the resident of 250 birch rill dr. notice of violation was sent via un registered ups mail. 9 april 11 - resident again observed the vehicle parked off the pavement and emailed another photo of the event. 11 april 11 - vehicle has been moved. closed

Description: 8 may 08 - spoke to the homeowner about parking off the pavement. he said he was going to pave the area. 16 may 08 - vehicle parked off the pavement, construction on deck without a permit. 16 feb 09 - observed vehicle paked off the pavement. 18 feb 09 - spoke to owner - he is going to put pavers down, but does not have the money yet. 19 aug 09 - observed vehicle parked half off the pavement. 15 sep 09 - observed vehicle parked off the pavement. 5 oct 09 - observed vehicle parked off the pavement, issued notice of violation for parking off the pavement. delivered nov to homeowner. 20 jan 10 - observed vehicle parked half off the pavement again. 20 jan 10- vehicle has not parked off the pavement. 8 june 10 - issued a notice of violation for parking off the pavement based on photographic evidence provided by a berkshire manor resident. 25 june 10 - have not observed any futher occurances of this homeowner parking off the pavement. 4 aug 10 - received complaint from a neighbor of 204 birch rill that vehicles were again being parked off the pavement. i made a photo of one vehicle. the complaintant stated it is a regular occurance. will issue summons to the aug ceb. 9 aug 10 - re-investigated and noted three vehicles parked off the pavement. issued summons. 26 aug 10 - visited the property and did not observe any violations. 26 aug 10 - ceb issued a cease & desist and a fine for a reoccurrence. 9 sep 10 - ceb notification sent to mr. tabrizi was returned as refused and placed in file.

Description: Inspecte the property on 19 jan 2010. the trash had been removed and the property is now in compliance. case is considered closed.

Description: 9 sep 08 - vehicle parked off the pavement - spoke to resident - vehicle was moved onto the pavement. 4 sep 09 - ce issued a notice of violation for a the vehicle having an expired license plate. 9 sep 09 - ce issued a summons to the code enforcement board on 24 sep 09. 24 sep 09 - reinspected the property on 24 sep 09 - the vehicle has been moved. 24 sep 09 - the code enformcement board found the resident guilty.

Description: 1/27/09 - prepared nov for parking a vehicle with a carrying capacity more than 1 1/2 ton. prior to delivery the homeowner spoke to business license and said he would remove the trailer. 1/29/09 - trailer has been reomved. 6/24/09 - trailer has returned, spoke to the homeowner and told him he had to move it out of the neighborhood. 7/15/09 - trailer has not been remove. 8/03/09 - issued nov. must be removed nlt 6:00 pm 10 august 09. 8/11/09 - re-inspected the property and the trailer is still in the driveway. there appeared work was being done to the hitch, as if the owner were preparing to move the vehicle. left yellow tag for the homeowner to call me. 8/19/0 - the homeowner has not called me. i will issue a summons to the code enforcement board. 8/28/09 - trailer has not been moved. i issued a summons to the ceb. summons sent via fedex. 9/01/09 summons was returned by fedex as undeliverable after three attempts. 9/09/09 summons was posted at the property. 9/18/09 observed that the trailer had been removed from the property. 9/24/09 code enforcement board - guilty 1/25/10 trailer has not returned to the property. case closed

Description: Spoke to owner. he is handicapped, usually parks in truck in the rear of the home. his wife sometimes moves the vehicle to the front of the home when he needs to us it because it provides easier access. the vehicle is seldom parked on the ups. in compliance.

Description: 12-15-06 observed inop vehicle on property 12-18-06 sent reminder letter

Description: Vehicle parked on ups 12-28-06 received voice mail from ms. maher, owner per tax record, stating that she is no longer the owner. will continue to research and issue warning if violation continues.
