Description: Code enforcement has been out a couple of times on this property and the owner still has failed to maintain the outside premises.the grass is over a foot tall and the top of the house is totally covered in weeds. mr whetstone could at least get the grass mowed. his property looks extremely bad and it makes the rest of the houses look bad all because he can't get out there and clean his property up. i don't think its right for the other neighbors to have to put up with this. we live in a very nice quiet neighborhood and to have to look at that ungodly mess is uncalled for. his backyard is just as bad and i am noticing snakes coming on to my property because of the high weeds and grass. the owner has not mowed his grass all summer of this year.this is totally crazy to have to put up with this and i hope something can be done about it.
