On Sunday, October 11, 2015 at approximatley 11:53 p.m. an Alvin Police Department Officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersections of W South St and S Beauregard St. Upon investigation the driver of the vehicle, 39-year-old Eric Stone was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated M/A and Purchase/Furnish Alcohol to a Minor M/B. Two juveniles passenger were also taken into custody and later released to a family member.
