Description: Description of complaint: tenents at 105 and 107 using property for car storage of vehicles not running ,or used , tags expired one from 2008. 105 building an addition on screened in car port for extra family members they have moved into thier home. park manager fails to inspect properties weekly n only cares about getting lot rent, resale value of mobile homes have dropped because of the current tenents disreguard for health ,welfare n safety of others. the 2 parks are becomming a dump. 107 has a dog that is kept on the screen porch 24 7 the rear of my home has to put up with the odor from the feccese and urine on this screen porch. the entire 2 parks need to be inspected and cleaned up. all these areas are in violation of park rules , car storage ,building, dog kept outside, people moving in with tenets, butthe manager turns a blind eye to all. nearest major intersection: hwy 92 and: kingsway what road does the location run off?: kingsway
