Description: The home located at 727 tuscanny in brandon's brentwood hills community is a serious health and safety concern. the home is owned by a bank after a foreclosure, i believe and is for sale. the grass is very high and we have had numerous complaints of snakes and rodents coming from the yard. the pool is a cesspool and mosquito breeding ground. the trees located in the county right-of-way in front of the home are so low they strike pedestrians and children on bikes and rollerblades. this house has already been called in once in the past..... we need help on this one fast!! communities of america, inc. community association managers (813) 685-6473
