Description: The tenant name is crystal henderson 813-919-6187, please call and set an appointment to inspect.we received a voice mail message from a citizen at 813-455-6273. please note that the citizen didn't provide a name only phone number. the citizen was called on the behalf of his friend who lives at 805 e shell point rd, ruskin fl 33570. the citizen is advising that the landlord does not fix issue at house and when he does fix anything it take months to be done. the citizen advised that currently at the house there is black mold gowning, the house is falling apart and there is raw sewerage on ground in yard. the citizen advised that his friend advised that she was going to file a complaint to code enforcement and the landlord found out. now the landlord is filing for a three day eviction notice and is refusing to take this month's rent. the citizen is worried because his friend has 3 kids and one on the way, no car at all and has nowhere else to go. the citizen advised that he has tried to contact david cansler to see if they can get any help from code enforcement and also to see if the eviction process can be stopped. the citizen is request that he either get a call back from david cansler or another supervisor from code enforcement.
