Description: Description of complaint: there is a small parking lot on west robertson street just west of kings avenue on the north side of the road. the address on the sign at the entrance is 737 and it says private diagnostic parking. there have been large old tires being stored at the back (north side) of the parking lot for weeks now. they are a terrible sight and are a breeding ground for mosquitos when we get rain. nearest major intersection: robertson st and: kings ave
