Description: 2 houses on newbridge drive panther trace. they never take there trash off the curb. they leave the empty trash can on curb all week and just keep fill it with trash. this is bin going on for 2 month and hoa has not been able to get them to move the trash. it becoming a nuisance and smells. nuisance conditions means any nuisance as defined by law; or any attractive nuisance which may be detrimental to the health or safety of children whether in a building, on the premises of a building, or upon an unoccupied lot. this includes, but is not limited to: (4) lumber, trash or debris, which may prove a hazard for inquisitive minors;
