Description: The work proposed for permit is for the purpose of meeting the city of austin impervious cover limitations and water quality requirements within the barton springs zone. therefore, we propose to reduce impervious cover by removing existing gravel covered areas and add a rain garden to treat stormwater runoff. we also propose to install an asphalt parking lot and pad for a future storage building, which will comply with impervious cover limitations.
