Description: Increase railing strength and support. i will be moving the back railing back approximately 5' to allow for support posts to sit on rear structural wall and continue to top of railing. also rear railing height will be raised to approximately 42". front railing will be moved forward approximately 3.5' to lower overall deck height to approximately 2' high. new ballasts, posts, and rail caps will be installed. all work will secured with screws, lags, nuts and bolts (4) 4 x 4's & (1) 4 x 6 will be used as per code.
