Description: As per chap notice to proceed: replace six existing windows on the 2nd and 3rd floors with 1/1 wood windows with baltimore bullnose. the windows must properly fit the masonry opening with no infill. the windows are to be painted benjamin moore, black satin with a soft sheen. replace three existing windows on the rear elevation with 1/1 vinyl windows that properly fit the original masonry openings with no infill.
