Description: Interior work 450 sqft exterior work: remove old roof shingles & plywood. repair and point bricks. install new 20''x15 sign. remove old plywood. scrap/ clean inside walls for paint and loose plaster. remove rotten floor plywood and install new. remove and replace qty 16 windows same place and size * separate permit required for sign replacement* as per code notice to proceed: stabilization work: replace roof with a shingle roof (color to be submitted to chap) remove rolled front gates and temporarily board openings for security reason. masonry: where necessary repoint brick walls. mortar joints must match existing in width, profile, color and composition as closely as possible. where walls have failed, deconstruct a portion of the wall and rebuild using same brick. if new brick is needed, chap staff will review and approve new brick on site. if window or door openings need to be reconstructed, match original in dimensions. note: applicant will submit complete drawings and scope of work to chap and permits section to complete the full rehabilitation of this property.
