Description: Non structural alterations: exterior work: per chap: notice to proceed: replace 5 non historic wood windows on front facade with trim line 1200 wood simulated divided ligth windows with 5/8" putty muntins and shadow bar, inserted into existing wooden frames. windows on 1st and 2nd floors will be 6/6, windows on 3rd floor will be 3/3. remove existing modern wm-180 brickmold trim and replace with baltimore bullnose trim. replace 6 panel wood door with new door to match. replace brickmold around door with baltimore bullnose trim. retain decorative scrollwork , above door and window frames. baldwin door hardware as supplied. paint windows, window frames and door trim sherwin williams pebble grey. paint door sherwin williams tricorn black. all work to be completed as per pans in chap files.

Description: Exterior work - structural alterations - removal of window in rear of building and remove bricks below to install a french door and step onto a 10'6"x13'3" wooden deck over poured concrete pad that is existing as per sketch & as per code. remove rear kitchen windows, remove 6 courses of brick and isntall andersen french door with inswing construction. construct a 10'6" x 13'3" wooden deck at the height of 8" with one step from doors onto it. all work to be completed as per plans in chap files.
