Description: Thu 03/05/2015 3:15 pm description of complaint: vehicles of employees arriving early each morning which awakes several dogs living at the residence to start barking. there are several employees that arrive daily. large deliveries by freight trucks on a residential road. (i have photos of the last two parked in front of the home which was about a week apart). daily package deliveries from ups, fed ex, usps and they beep their horns when they pull up so all dogs in the neighborhood go crazy. the occasional parking of a large brandon tree service truck at the corner of the front yard. (i have photos of that on two occasions) it is often over a weekend. the feeling of a neighborhood is simply gone. according to code enforcement, asc1 zoning should not have employees, and there is a limit to the space the home business can occupy. i certainly don't mind my neighbors running a business from home but this has become too much. submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.

Description: At 602 ronele drive, brandon, fl, the owner has dumped an enormous amount of tree mulch in the yard - at least 2 or 3 feet deep over the entire front. i realize that could fit under 'landscaping' but isn't it creating a potential termite issue - not just for the owners of the house but for neighbors too. but now a commercial vehicle is being parked in the front yard. i realize this area is zoned agriculture, but they are running a business where lots of vehicles park during the day, large commercial vehicles delivering or picking up on occasion, now this overnight parking of a brandon tree service truck. it is just getting worse.
