Description: Wed 04/08/2015 9:15 pm description of complaint: the residence located at 602 faithway drive, seffner florida, is zoned rsc-2. over the past five months, the new homeowners have converted this single family residence to a farm animal feed-lot, comprised of 3 hogs; 3 goats; 40+ chickens; 8+ ducks; 6+ rabbits along with other transient farm animals. all these animals are confined to a 30'x100' space creating deplorable conditions for the animals and neighbors. example: 3 hogs confined to a 8'x8' pen with one very small barrel as a shed. the smell of ammonia, from rotting animal waste and souring feed can't be described. the smell is compounded by noise and blow-flies that swarm the neighborhood. this property is less than 200' from two active churches, two very large day-care centers and borders a number of other rsc-2 residences. submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
