Description: Description of complaint: running a automobile business and still running a paint and body shop out of the back of the house. the gate is generally locked but it is behind the house. he is paying a fine now for running the paint shop. brother work has his brother work there during the day while he is at work. then comes home and works out in the shop for hours sometimes until midnight painting cars there is maybe 40 cars there now. he says they are his personal. run the vin numbers and see for yourself. if i have to pay for a shop so should he. should also check the work he has completed inside the home no permits submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.

Description: Auto paint and body business being run out of personal home. several (6) vehicles are lined up along the fence. the fumes are very strong since he is painting out in the open. he is also doing open burning possibly to destroy paint cans and rags. also to mask paint odor. car parts and equipment scattered around yard. outbuildings built for business. trees removed to accommodate large trucks. vehicles coming and going, even in the evening. ongoing issue for seven years.

Description: Zoning violation of the use of a paint body shop in a residential neighborhood. the subject was previously shut down by the code enforcement office several years ago. he was operating under j.r auto body on hwy 92 in seffner. now he is operating out of the back of his house.. mainly at night and on the weekends when the department is closed. please keep me informed of the actions taken by the department .@ my e-mail. please keep my information anonymous as i am a neighbor..and a local business person paying my dues...thank you
