Description: Barber shop with banners/signs along roadway, now has a bbq set up with chairs on front lawn, removed the cement wall and dumped the debris into the storm drain, now blocking water flow - backing up into the street down the road... trash, oil, etc flowing down the street into other residents properties.*the backed up water creating a traffic hazard - truck went off the road near a residence home due to the large amount of water according to anonymous citizen..the debris from the wall taken down is dumped in the drain for parking of the customers on the right of way.nuisance for community
