Description: Category 1 demo; repairing; due to water damage, kitchen cupboards, stove, benches, tiles, drywall, ceiling drywall were removed. some new studs were put in place to install insulation to protect against further weather damage. drywall will be installed in walls and ceilings, cupboards will be replaced, tiles will be laid. four feet up from first floor use water-tolerant materials such as non-paper-faced gypsum board, treated lumber, and closed-cell extruded polystyrene insulation are use. work done to code.
