Description: My neighbors located at 620 wendel ave in lihia , fl 33547 are erecting a fence they put barbed wire on my side and hooked a hot wire to it im concerned for the safety of my horses, i have asked him nicely to unhook it from the hot wire and he did not. im not sure if he is required to have a permit to erect this fence or not. i have not seen any evidence that he has done so. he is continuing the fence up to a privacy fence down the middle of my driveway in which when i moved in this property 15 yrs ago was understood to be an easement and was told to not disturb it. if he continues the fence he will be fencing in the telephone poles with a transformer on it blocking teco from accessing the poles. he has also dug out a ditch in between our property going to the ditches but when he dug it he dug around a telephone pole 3 feet down i'm concerned the pole will not have enough support because he dug 3 feet around it if it were to come down in a storm it would fall on my vehicles or livestock. i would appreciate someone to follow up on this as soon as possible because we are having severe storms with strong winds. thank you
