Description: Sr45617& sr45625 2/18/2016 4:17 pmhistorically, this homeowner has kept discarded household items, old law equipment and miscellaneous junk on their dilapidated screened rear porch. for some years now, they have also had a huge pile of grass clippings and yard waste in the back yard. at times, the height of this pile has exceeded 4+ feet.for the last several months, they have kept something on the front driveway, along with the huge garbage and recycling collection receptacles and some other items that look like junk to me. i don't know what is it but it is sizable and is covered with a plastic tarp held down by liquid filled jugs and bottles. within the last week or two, it has been moved to the yard on the east side of the driveway. it was unsightly enough on the driveway but was often hidden by their vehicles in the driveway (their cars have not seen the inside of the garage in the 25+ years i have lived in the property next door). please advise if this is a matter that can be addressed by code enforcement. i am hoping to list my home soon and this eyesore right next door will hinder my selling effort, to say the least. even if i were not looking to sell, i believe it adversely affects the property value of the surrounding homes. 111 w brentidge eyesore.jpg.jpegno contact information
