"On Saturday October 11, 2014 at approximately 6:37AM an Officer with the Alvin Police Department, responded to the 4800 block of Heathrow Lane, Alvin, Brazoria County, Texas in reference to Criminal Mischief. It was later determined the report would be filed under Deadly Conduct. No arrest has been made but a complete report has been filed and forwarded to CID for further investigation."
