Description: 656 nationwide blvd - verizon wireless cellular communication monopole tower and ground equipment compound site #clmb050 - confluence park - aka 466 dublin road (tax parcel #010-008443) upgrade existing cellular communications equipment on shared 135-foot steel monopole tower on the existing verizon wireless platform at the top of the tower by maintaining all twelve (12) existing panel antennas' installing six (6) rrh's (remote radio heads) (2 per sector) behind aws antennas on existing mount poles; strap band one (1) new ovp distribution box on tower above vzw platform, and install one (1) new hybrid cable (1 5/8") on the outside of the monopole from the new ovp box down the pole and across the existing ice bridge and into the existing verizon equipment shelter structure ( all previously approved). there are two additional carrier's platforms at lower levels on this monopole tower. a structural analysis report from american tower corporation dated july 11, 2013 by ramarao v. kodali, p.e. indicates that the monopole, including its foundation, is structural adequate for the proposed loading using the ansi/tia-222-g reference standard and the 2011 obc with a 90-mph wind load. no structural modifications or electrical work needed or planned. this project is subject to one (1) final structural inspection when all work is completed by calling (614) 645-8235. approved - 9/20/2013 - rjschutz, p.e.
