On September 25th, 2015, at approximately 5:20 PM, APD responded to a crash in the 200 E. Foley. Upon investigation, Rebecca Valdez, 30 of Liverpool was subsequently charged with DWI-Child Passenger; State Jail Felony. BAC results resulted in more than twice the legal limit.

On Friday, September 25th, 2015 at approximately 3:50 A.M. Officers responded to 303 W Foley St in reference to a possible disturbance. During the investigation, a female subject was located inside the residence that the home owner did not know was there. While speaking with the female, illegal narcotic equipment was located in her belongings. After taking her into custody and transporting her to the jail, A strip search was conducted by the on-duty detention officer. During the search, Methamphetamine was located in her bra. The female was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1- F2.
