On May 30, 2015 at approximately 11:23pm, a APD officer was dispatched to the 500 block of North Fifth Street in Alvin Brazoria Texas in reference to gun fire. Upon arrival, a suspect was identified as Issaac Ovidio Chapa III, a 32 YO from Alvin, Texas. A report was completed and forwarded to CID.
