Description: Sr14908 7/4/2015 8:07 amproperty upkeep has not been done in a very long time. property appears to be a rental or a section 8 home. utility shed was built on property line and the roofing structure overhangs surrounding neighbors properties by over a foot towards the north and east side corner of the property. shed is in an advanced state of disrepair. it has lots of rotten and warped wood. shed roofing materials and rotten wood pieces are falling on to surrounding neighbors properties. grass on back yard is very overgrown and has not been cut in a while. lots of invasive trees on the south side of the property are overtaking the back yard and encroaching on to neighbors properties by sending underground runners. tree limbs are not being trimmed and are growing on to neighbors yards. two large trees a water oak and loquat are diseased. both have rotten wood in the core and are dropping limbs on surrounding neighbors properties. large water oak is capable of causing extreme damage to surrounding homes if it falls.first name concernedlast name neighbor
