Description: 29 april 10 - posted orange nov on two vehicles with expired plates parked in the driveway. 7 may 10 - spoke to ms. salazar about the two vehicles. they belong to her husband who is out of the conuntry. he will move the vehicles as soon as he gets back. she has no keys and no way to move them 21 may 10 - mr. salazar came into the office and requested a little more time to move the vehicles. i gave him until 31 may to move the vehicles. 4 jun 10 - the vehicles were still in the driveway. spoke to mr. salazar, he said he was moving them into the garage. 8 jun 10 - the vehicles are still in the driveway - sending nov 15 jun 10 - sent summons to june 24 ceb the responsible party, mr salazar, was contacted in writing on 29 april 2010 in the form of an orange sticker posted on each of the vehicles and was given 14 days to correct the violation by property licensing the vehicles, parking the vehicles in the garage, or removing the vehicles from the property.

Description: 15 sep 09 - observed inoperative vehicle parked at residence - flat tire, expired plate. left yellow tag notice the resident call me or move the vehicle. 2 oct 09 - re-inspected the property. the vehicle has not been moved, nor has the resident contacted me. 5 oct 09 - left 2nd yellow tag notice on the door requesting the resident to call me or move the vehicle. 7 oct 09 - vehicle has not been moved, nor has anyone contacted me. 8 oct 09 - sent notice of violation to the property owner, david friedlander, 775 falls landing ct. alpharetta, ga 30022 20 oct 09 - received voice mail from mr. eric miller, the tennat in the home. 21 oct 09 - spoke to mr miller. the vehicle is licensed. he said he would move it from the property. i told him if he repaired the vehicle (flat tires) there was no need to remove it. i also suggested he clean the debris from the vehicle so that it doesn't appear inoperative. ( reinspect on nov 6)
