"On 04-28-14 at approximately 2038 hrs Alvin Police Officers were dispatched to the 3700 block of Wilshire Dr. in reference to a male subject possibly entering an uninhabited residence. The Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the caller, who stated a male subject possibly entered the residence. The owner of the home responded and unlocked the door. The Officers entered the residence and located a male subject in the restroom of the master bedroom. The male subject was arrested for Burglary of a Habitation."
