On Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at approximately 4:54 a.m. Alvin Police Department Officers responded to the area of Fairview Dr & S Second St in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arriving and checking the area the suspect vehicle was located, stopped and the driver, 23-year-old Kody Guadian was taken into custody and charged with Driving While License Invalid.
