During a patrol of a city park in the 2400 block of Westpark Dr at approximately 12:34 am on 07-18-15, an Alvin Police Officer located a vehicle there after park hours. An investigation resulted in the arrest of Logan Webb, 21, of Alvin and Joseph Riley, 20, of Alvin for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia M/C. A full report was completed and forwarded to the Criminal Investigations Division.
