Description: Description of complaint: dear sirs, as the father of a family of two i have a complain against my contiguous neighbor's air conditioning which is located 10 feet away from my children's room; a 3 year old boy and a 7 months baby girl. the noise this a/c makes is so loud that my children wake up every time it goes on. it goes on and off for every 20-30 minutes non-stop night and day, which is starting to affect my kids daily routine and health. we first mentioned this issue to the owner back in april and again in july but she hasn't fixd the problem yet, although she agreed that had some issues with the ac before. we truly believe the noise is way over the acceptable limits; we think it's around 80 decibels, when tampa city's ordinance is stipulated at 55 dcb, and that such ac has to be fixed; it's by far the loudest ac in the neighborhood and it's distorting my children's daily activity. we look forward to learning the process for submitting a formal complain regarding this matter. thank you very much. david mcmurdy mob. 813 990 7311 10808 needlepoint pl. tampa, fl 33626 nearest major intersection: linebaugh and: sheldon what road does the location run off?: linebaugh name of subdivision / complex: vineyards email me a confirmation copy of this complaint: yes for an email copy of input, please enter email here: [email protected]
