On Wednesday, April 30, 2015, Alvin PD responded to a physical disturbance in progress call in the 400 block of Magnolia St. On arrival officers found the involved parties had already separated. There were allegations of domestic violence but neither party wanted to file charges and there were no physical indicators to support the claims nor to warrant charges being filed by the State.
