Description: 3995 limited parkway - distribution center building no. 3 - vehicle parking lot - this exterior site only project increases the number of parking spaces in existing vehicle parking lot to the east of the building by partially removing existing traffic / aisle cap islands and re-striping existing pavement. the work will area will be 9,942.5 sf of the total 326,713.4 sf site area and the number of parking spaces will increase from 697 to 784 total parking spaces. the actual work area will be the far east portion of the existing parking areas bounded by the limited parkway, stygler road on the east and morse road on the north. accessible parking spaces conforming in quantity, type and construction including striping, signage and accesssible route to the requrements in the 2011 obc and the icc a117.1-2009 standard are pre-existing adjacent to the building. no work is planned or required to the existing stormwater drainage system or to the electrical site lighting. this project is subject to one (1) final structural inspection when all work is complete. call 614 / 645-8235 for inspections. approved - 8/19/2013 - rjschutz
