Description:

On Sunday, June 6, 2015 at approximately 8:31 p.m. an Alvin Police Department Officer responded to a residence in the 1800 block of Jephson Ln in reference to a theft. Upon arriving and conducting an investigation a juvenile at the location was taken into custody and charged with Theft. The juvenile was already on probation for a previous theft incident and his Probation Officer advised that in addition to the current theft charge he would be filing a Probation Violation charge on the juvenile.

On Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at approximately 7:21pm, an Officer with the Alvin PD was dispatched to the 1800 block of Jephson Ln., in reference to suspicious activity. The caller found text messages on her son`s cell phone asking for "naughty" and "nude" pictures. The information was documented and sent to Alvin CID. No suspects at this time or other information.

During the incident, a subject crashed his vehicle into a tree and a subsequent investigation determined that he was intoxicated and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated."
