Description: Description:name of subdivision : sonic drive-in store. construct new storm sewers consisting of 1 ea 5' x 3' curb inlet etc as shown in the approved drawings for the said subdivision located in jackson county of kansas citymissouri ( sec : 5-47-33). if this is checked we have received a bond or letter of credit from the developer to ensure the repair of any street due to the non use of standard required back fill material during the permitted construction of this storm sewer. before commencing work the permitee herein will give 24 hours notification to residents adjacent to work area of the scope and estimated duration of the work and agrees to provide unincumbered right-of-way or easement for the facility as required by ch66 code of ordinance or will remove/relocate facilities at developer's expense.
