Description: Next door neighbor's failure to remove dead water oak tree (approx. 80'-100' tall and 25,000 lbs). tree is close to and next to my house. it is leaning slightly toward my house. i believe the risk of this tree falling on my house is extremely high. the falling of this tree during the hurricane season is most likely to occur. therefore, please consider this an urgent request for action on this complaint. you may also wish to inspect the 3-4 foot high tree stump right next to the dead tree that has been rotting for the past three years. terminex tells me it is a breeding ground for termite infestation. could this be the cause for the subject tree in dying???
