Description: Sr32745 10/25/2015 8:08 amwould like to report a commercial trailer parked right at the edge of my driveway for almost month and a half and has not moved. the trailer belongs to the tenant living at 16010 ballica dr. tampa, fl (next door neighbor). it is difficult for us to drive out of my home, because the trailer partially blocks the view from my driveway, not being able to see if a car is coming from the opposite direction. also, the trailer has garbage and some dry tree branches on it. it is difficult for our second vehicle to enter and leave our driveway. on garbage collecting days, most of the time our garbage is not being collected because the trailer is blocking the area were the recycling and garbage containers are placed. we have spoken to that tenant several times before and had many problems with him because of the same issues. he parks his trailer, car or his visitors cars right at the edge of our driveway, having no respect of my property space; while he has enough free space in front of his property. in addition, he has a second vehicle and a second trailer blocking the sidewalk in front of his property, forcing people to walk on the street passing in front of that home. we will appreciate your prompt assistance with this situation. attached i have enclosed some pictures of this issue for your reference. many thanks. 20151012 084510.jpgfirst name lauralast name perezphone number (813) 458-3829mobile number --email address [email protected]
